Individual sessions start at $195 per session. Couples sessions start at $250 per session. I am in-network with Aetna. For other insurance questions or to discuss your specific coverage, I encourage you to call me directly at (845) 537-7338.

What should I expect in my first session?

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to understand what brings you in. I'll ask about your current challenges, relevant history, and what you hope to work on. My goal is to see if we're a good fit and to outline a direction forward together. The work is direct and collaborative—I don't follow a script, so the session will feel tailored to you.

What is Brainspotting, and how do you use it in therapy?

Brainspotting is a somatic therapy approach that works with the nervous system and trauma processing. I integrate it alongside traditional talk therapy and mindfulness to help clients move through stuck emotional or trauma responses. It's particularly effective for anxiety, PTSD, and relational trauma. I also draw on psychosomatic trauma methods to address the ways trauma lives in the body.

Couples can focus on rebuilding trust, improving communication, and navigating conflict. Whether you're preparing for marriage, working through infidelity, or facing a major life transition, I help couples develop skills that actually change the dynamic and bring clarity. Couples sessions start at $250 per session.
