Entering Grandparent Phase

If you live long enough, you will be fortunate enough to experience and embrace different phases of life; from the delightful chaos of toddlerhood to the often tumultuous years of being a teenager, then on to the exciting journey of becoming a family-maker, and finally, the heartwarming stage of being a grandparent. I have always eagerly looked forward to this special phase, but truth be told, I found myself somewhat unprepared for one particular aspect of it. That was the profound experience of seeing my child step into the role of a parent. What an unbelievable sight to see!!! The feelings it provokes within me are really tender. Witnessing the pure joy and passion that my child experiences when he holds his little baby is genuinely a remarkable sight! Grandparenthood will surely bring about numerous blessings and endless happiness, but having the remarkable experience of seeing my own child so fulfilled and elated in one of his life choices is a thrill I feel incredibly lucky to observe. To all the folks entering this phase, I wish you the same privilege and joy.
